Common areas will be paid for by Marina slipowners maintence budget. Private areas (such as finger piers) can be added to this list but must be paid for my the responsible slip owner. Please notify the marina rep (Neil WIlson) if you wish to volunteer to correct an incomplete work item or need to include a new work item to this list.

Protect the Marina Sewage System's PVC piping in vicinity of berm.
